Early Years Specialists (IB PYP): You have proven experience within the IB Primary Years Programme for ages 3–6 and a deep belief in personal excellence, measuring growth by each child’s potential, not solely by benchmarks.

Ethical Role Models: You lead with integrity, modelling honesty, compassion, and ethical decision-making that underpin a principled learning community.

Global Communicators: You demonstrate professional fluency in English. Proficiency in Portuguese and/or French is highly valued and enriches our multilingual environment.
