Our Ideal Profile:

Early Years Specialists (IB PYP): Proven experience within the IB Primary Years Programme (Ages 3–6) and a deep belief in personal excellence, measuring success by a child’s true potential, not just benchmarks.

Ethical Role Models: Driven by integrity, compassion, and principled decision-making to build a trusted, values-led learning community.

Global Communicators: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Portuguese and/or French is highly valued, reinforcing our unique trilingual ecosystem.
